This apartment is located in Laguna Golf, a fantastic gated complex for couples and families. The urbanisation has a large communal pool, tennis court, 5 a side football court, children’s play area with swings, slide etc and areas with benches to sit and relax. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Playa Flamenca Saturday market.
This is a very well equipped 1st floor apartment which is accessed by stairs or lift and comprises; Living/dining room, kitchen, galleria area, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, shower room, balcony, English tv channels, air conditioning.
The air-conditioned living/dining room has a 3 seater sofa, armchair, wooden coffee table, wooden occasional table, ceiling fan light, wall unit, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
For entertainment you have a 40″ flat screen Sony Bravia television with English channels. There is also a DVD player (please bring your own DVD’s).
Off of the living/dining room you have a balcony with large patio table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses.
The washing machine and hot water heater are located in the galleria area off of the kitchen (there is a tumble dryer but should not be used by guests during the summer months).
The air-conditioned master bedroom, has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobe, drawers, 2 bedside chest of drawers, 2 lamps, chair, headboard. There are patio doors that lead from the bedroom onto the balcony. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with bath, over the bath shower, bidet, toilet, sink, vanity unit, mirror with lights and a linen basket.
The air-conditioned second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe, headboards, 2 chest of drawers between the beds, lamp, roller blind, ceiling fan light.
The fully tiled main shower room has a sink, vanity unit with drawers and cupboard space, mirror with lights, shower tray with curtain and toilet.
Additional items in property: Clothes airer and pegs, games, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tennis rackets, tennis balls (if you loose them please replace the balls), football, sun loungers.
Panasonic inverter air conditioning units have been installed in both bedrooms and living room – very economical. To use the air conditioning a meter has been installed and you are able to purchase €10 meter cards on your arrival.
Parking is available via the double remote operation gates to the underground car park or in the road outside the apartments.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment (smoking permitted on balcony only), no pets.
This apartment is suitable for families, golfers, couples and elderly.
You cannot view the pool from the property.
Beach towels, grocery packs can be provided if required, details on the booking form.
A car is recommended to explore the local area.
This property and the urbanisation facilities will make ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. A property we are sure you will return to again and again.

Air conditioning available by meter cards, Panasonic Inverter units have been installed which are economical (if you have consumed part of a meter card we are unable to refund you any monies). Minimum of 1 card €10 per week. If your stay is 2 weeks then minimum €20 etc. If you are staying part of a week i.e. 10 nights minimum is €20 (no refund given on cards purchased). If you consume more than you have purchased meter cards for you will be required to pay the difference in electric usage.
Euros also accepted at current exchange rate. Please e-mail us if you wish to pay in Euros and we will send you a quote for the dates you require.
Minimum rental period 7 nights. Maximum rental stay is 28 nights.
